Welcome Year 2011!

The year 2010 has been again a blessing to me and to everyone of us for a year of life. One of the most significant things that have happened to me this year 2010 is being able to finish my studies in College and recieve my diploma. At last, after all passing through the hole of needle, I have succeeded to earn my degree and make proud to my love ones. Nevertheless, my family has been supportive to me in all my endeavors throughout the year.

The life never stops after schooling in college. There has another start of journey which is planning and choosing career. The path of getting the career that I have wanted to have was never that easy. There are few IT careers to mention in my plans but one have prevailed to be a desired one for me which is in field of web designing. Web designing is one close to my interests knowing it needs the character artistic ones and not to mention I love sketching objects in life which has been part of my hobby way then and now. After months of examining process and waiting, at last I got the job way close to end of the year. This is another big blessing I received from above One. Thank God.

Therefore, though there were some trials this year, I never loose hope, the year 2010 has been a very big part of my journey in life that can never forget. I'm glad I have met new people and friends.

Wheeww..! Completely Relieved.

At the start of the day, It was a wheeww.. feeling... The effect of global warming was completely experienced during in the middle of the day when I drove with a bus back to school. Better I was able to take a bath before I left the house alone.

When I reached the school, I aimed to make sure that all my grades in my enrolled subjects were finished and submitted to the registrar. I looked for my classmate who hold our passbook but our instructor wasn't yet around to fill in our grades. I proceeded up to laboratory-2 (Nodal) to check it out and there u go... affirmative confirmation that our grades in all major subjects were submitted to the registrar and the most relieving to know was everyone in the class has passed the subjects. Wheeww.. I was completely relieved as the rest of classmates do as what drawn to their words and face expressions.

All I can say now, April 2010 is to march! :P

Inspired By the Thoughts of Experience

March 24, 2010, Wednesday - Early in the morning at 05:30am, I was able to take a bath and take my breakfast to set ready my self for traveling back to Davao to attend our recollection day at the Missionary Immaculate Conception (MIC) along Torres street. My classmates and I were able to be there before 8:00am, a starting time of the said event.

A mass was first held and followed by following presenters and high profiled speakers. There were some ice breaking performances presented by a group of Christian youth. Every speakers has contributed a lot in inspiring us, all the graduating students, in keeping ourselves even motivated and goals oriented in living our own individual and professional life by the time we graduated.

The speakers didn't only share their knowledge about what its like working in the real world but they also share their personal experiences - ups and downs in their personal lives and professional careers. Their thoughts of experiences are certainly admirable and inspiring to live with as we go on with our respective professional endeavors. As they stressed, failures or mistakes are not the hindrance to be successful and yet they must be treated as motivation to grow and improve intellectually and spiritually as well. We, the graduating students, should not stop learning new things after graduated from College instead elevate the the way of thinking about how to start a new room for more improvements that can contribute even success to the people who are with us.

One thing that's for sure about living the life to the fullest is having God with and live according to His words. Everything is nothing without Him because everything that exists in this world is owned by Him and all that we have today are just temporary. Hence, no matter how we are successful today, we will never attain the true happiness and contentment in life if the holy existence and grace of God, Jesus Christ, in our hearts are never thanked and recognized.

All graduating students of April 2010, God Bless us all!

3D Modelling and Animation using 3D Studio Max 8: an another first

Spending long hours on the computer just searching, reading e- books and other online 3D studio Max tutorials was certainly motivated by wanting to learn 3D modeling and animation in any ways and eager to submit on time the multimedia system project. During the course of learning the materials, the concept of 3D modeling was such an ideal to learn and adapt in this modern or information system age because 3D technology is an another high-end trend which most industries in commercials and movies adapt this new way of visualization.

On the other hand, for such a student like me, looking for the right resources to completely utilize the 3D modelling and animaton (using 3D Studio Max) was a bit harder for me to do. However, this was never a hindrance for me to pursue learning 3D animation and be able to start modelling and animating 3D objects in simpler way. I thought this is a good start for me continue learning new things in 3D animation and perhaps could help me to decide which IT specialization I may be held into.

Last March 15, 2010, monday, was the deadine of our multimedia system project which was a 3D animation - incorporating our own style and artistic views. I was glad I had able to finish my 3D animation project before the day meeting the exact deadline ( my Thesis/Research study as well). During the day of deadline, I was a bit relaxed because I made it on time but many of my classmates were in rushed and looked hysterical in finishing their own 3D animation project that made me remember my self then because they had experienced difficulties in bringing up the realistic concept of their 3d scene and some experienced disastrous scenarios or "kamalasan" during the near end of the deadline because of the occurrence of rotating brownout. and other unexpected incidents. In rendering the image in 3D studio max may take more than a minute and rendering an animation scene may take several hours to complete depending on the RAM of the computer used. The higher the size of the RAM, the higher speed of completion of rendering will be.

Here are some of my rendered images captured from my 3D scene, firing cannon and falling rocks, and complete presentation for my 3D animation. I modeled alone all the 3D objects in my scene through the help of some tutorial sites. They are just simple 3D scenes which most beginners can do.

My First Google SketchUp Model

I think it's been a year already since the day I updated my blog and perhaps that was time that my Adsense account was disabled and of course I felt sad for that. I really did put my efforts just to update and establish well this blog in the bloggosphere for over a year. And as the days passing by, I went to such thing that I didn't know what's the best things or topics to post in my blog and there were lots of things in my mind that I can't place them properly into a nice thing to start. Now I am quite disturbed that I might be able to abandon this blog that loose.

In our Multimedia and System Development Subject, we were able to study a gOOgle 3D softawre called Google SketchUp and use it through making our own models. Our instructor has choosen the topic, Our Dream House and then so on. But in my case, though I have lots of great ideas in planning what my dream house would look like, I can't afford to stay longer using a single unit of computer in a cafe that's why I had to decide to make it simple but nice(for me). In the half way of making my model, It wa went into rush to reach the deadlline of this project that's why there are no much designs/accessories inside the house. However, before I got to finish my model in Google SketchUp, I was searching and watching some video tutorials of the software and it went easy for me to understand.

The Vizards Are Now Prepared To Battle Against Aizen.

In the battlefield of real world, the giant force of the Vice Captains and Captains headed by the General Commander Yammamoto is now lossing their chance to fully beat the group of Aizen as the two of one of the powerful captains in Gotie 13, Ukitake and Shunsui, are seriously injured especially Ukitake who was easily stabbed by Wonderweiss. At first, everyone in the group of shinigami was get surprised by the entrance of Wonerweiss and Superchunky during in the battle.


The appearance of the two beasts made the group of Aizen alot stronger and made the situation in the battle of captains critical. In this situation, one second in a sudden, the group of Vizards came headed by Shinji, a former captain in the black pendulum time, to say hello to Aizen and aimed for revenge. And now, the vizards are standing against Aizen and prepared to battle with their full power. We are now nearly(I hope so) about to witness the different abilities of every vizards using their hollow mask in bankai form. How exciting to up for thier battle! Isn't it exciting?

USEP for Intranet and Extranet

As far as I can bare my affirmative concern, the idea of integration of Intranet and Extranet in the school , University of Southeastern Philippines or con USEP, has still a long way to go. Extranet and intranet are very important things for every establishments, company, business groups, and as well as school in aiming an organized, centralized and security controlled data and information management system and business communication system inside the organization.

The University must come up with a certain idea on how Intranet and Extranet can be productive and helpful as it is being imposed and used inside the organization. That is for sure that a lots of students, faculty, staff, and employees would be able to benefit through a proper implementation of these kind of Internet technologies.


INTRANET FOR USEP

Through coming up with the idea of having systematic analysis for proper implementation of Intranet in the school, It is good to know first past and present flaws regarding with the management of data and information in the organization. Since Intranet is involved, the school must implement first a private network using TCP/IP suit protocol that will allow access to all members in the organization such as employees, facullty, staff, and student as well. Acess controll must still take place to all the members or employees in accessing the central data and information system and this will enable the school will establish centralized access of data and information inside the institution. Through this proper implementation of Intranet in the school, every students and employees shall have the control in access to the data and information and shall be able also to protect the privacy of everyone in the organization. This also will help to control the secuirty of data and information system. Through this private network, UseP could be able to manage the distribution of information inside the school and many would be able to share to others its resources to maxamize the use of internet.


EXTRANET FOR USEP

The University may also implement Extranet to extend the distribution and access of data and information outside the school. I must say that Extranet is a big help for the school to extend its access outside to maxime the efficiency of the Internet technology. Within the private network, the admin could find another resources outside and could have information sharing by both parties. Thus, the university may be able to supply the demands of the education of the students and can help the government as well.

Taking Second Chance

Looking throughout my entirety as young individual in this world with the sense of purpose of living became a some sort of gloomy to understand as what my poor and young mind tries to comprehend what is it truly about. Upon pondering all the questions and thoughts that lead to some sort of uncertainty and agony, I must give my self the courage and motivation to stand against all the odds that come on my way. There is no easy way for me to flee my personal odds and endeavors because I bare them up in my daily life.

Maybe the one of the toughest odds I have been encountered these past few months since the year 2008 ends was about my family struggles and this became a big wall for me to get through forward to my personal responsibilities in school. Hence, I can't help my self to get affected by what was going on and all I know is to be strong and patient. Still, I tried to keep my self on the right tract and hold my faith to Him.

Now, I'm taking my second chance to bring back the life and all the things that have been apart to me during the days I became weak. Taking the second chance that ought me to take up all my outdated responsibilities in my self and school as well. I know I became weak and now I apologize for those everyone who I get affected to this.

The days were fast moving and all of a sudden I was not able to notice this. All I can do for now is to regain back my spirit and step forward to up the days that I was not able to cope at. So through Him, I will be tougher physically and mentally this next days.

These passed few weeks, I received a message from GHIE, a new friend in blogging, that she is giving me the award, Honest Scrap Award. I did not expect this so I just glad to receive this. However, I had some plans for my new and first post for 2009. Since I received this award, I decided to post my first entry for this year. I have been into some difficulties this past weeks in keeping tract of my school responsibilities before I post this.

1. I am observant. I always do observing something that is unusual to me. Once I got to know such things that's the time I do some actions.
2. I am teaser. In a right time, I love to tease my closed friends and cousins about their crushes and secrets.
3. I love to draw. Since then, I love to draw especially cartoons and comic and anime characters.
4. I love garlic and onion. Of all food spices, I love to smell and eat onion and garlic.
5. I am couch potato person. When I got home, I usually spent my time in watching TV after I finished my assignments and exams.
6. I am an artist. During High School days, I joined some theater accent activities and drawing contest activities. I love to see artful things such as abstracts and paintings.
7. I am serious. Everything that I do in my life, mostly, I take it seriously.
8. I am patient. I have a strong patience in terms of dealing with my friends and classmates' attitude. I hate people who are boastful where there's none to boast about their selves yet I still hold on my patience.
9. I am a peace person. I hate noise and clutters in and out of home and school.
10. I am naughty. I always think where and when is the right time to become a naughty one to other people that it will come out a joke and not a disgusting one and would hurt them.

Year 2009 - An Another Year To Start.

Over twelve months of year 2008, I have been into roller coaster of emotions in dealing with my everyday life. Perhaps, I don't have a perfect life which I think It doesn't exist because there's no such perfect life and nothing is constant in this world. From recalling all the things that were happened, I may say that I have been able to learn a lot from my family, friends, classmates, teachers and even more to my personal experiences regarding with making decisions and actions. However, I have be able to place them in my past and took them as part of my personal growth as an individual who continued to search learnings.

What's most important of all is that all the things were happened in the year 2008 have helped me to become a better person and this year 2009 I'll strive I may able to apply them for a better output from whatever input I may take into. Year 2009 is an another year start a good things for a whole year of blessed and prolific one. I may think what's enstore for me this year yet I must think that It is still depend on me how I will going to take my life this year in regards with my responsibilities in school, home and in the community.

However, I must start the year with full of life and wisdom- good health (physically, metally, and spiritually) with joy and courage and have a good relation to my friends and family. I think, that's the best thing to start the year.
