This crisis that happened right now became a huge havoc of the budget of many Filipinos and slowly put most Filipino into critical situation of penury. Hence, this research topic aims to come up several means how to have proper conservation of rice and a strong rice production.

Objectives:
1. To know what are the places that serve as major production of rice.
2. To know how many sacks of rice every major producer of rice can produce every production.
3. To know what are the issues and problems that arise during maintaining good production of rice.
4. To know what are the helps need to be given by the government to Filipino farmers.
5. To know what are the other alternative resources that can help to increase the rice production.
6. To know what are the programs that totally supported by the NGOs and LGUs.

Quality and Affordable Education: Must Be Acquired By Filipino People Lived in the Below Poverty Line.

It is truly correct that education helps to improve the quality of life of an individual. Thus, for us Filipino education is very important. However, not all of us have given this kind of privilege and not all the education given to everyone possessed quality and equal affordability. Thus, this research aims, to come up solutions to reach quality education to Filipino people lived in the below poverty line.

Objectives:
1. To determine what are the major places where most people lived in the below poverty line.
2. To know the statistics of the Filipino people that lived in the below poverty line.
3. To know the financial budget support for education alloted by the government and other NGOs.
4. To determine what are the existing programs that provide social support for those poor people in the certain community.
5. To ascertain several projects that directly support equal education and livelihood activities for every poor Filipino community.

Comprehensive Awareness of Clean and Green Environment: Residential Poor Area

Cleanliness brings a lot of good things to us especially to a country. Cleanliness symbolizes good economy of a country. It brings true wealth - good health, and tourism. However, the people in this country don't yet understand what clean and green environment can bring good things to us. To address this issue, this research topic aims to help the mother nature veering the green environment most especially to residential poor area.

Objectives:

1. To determine what are the major places in the Philippines much exposed into dirty and polluted environment.
2. To determine the major issues or reasons arise behind the worst environment condition.
3. To know if the people in every residential poor area are aware of the significance of proper waste disposal.
4. To know what are those disposed waste materials that caused a major pollution in a residential poor area.
5. TO determine existing programs and projects that strictly monitors the waste disposal.
